Announcing Our New 18- Story Addition to The Cardinal North Hills!

Our 18-story addition will be a distinctive enhancement to The Cardinal community, complete with its own unique amenities that complement those on the existing campus, including a beautiful dining room, bar and lounge area along with casual outdoor seating in the courtyard and green space for alfresco dining. With the inclusion of 151 independent living and 40 assisted living apartments, residents will have the ability to choose between several one-, two-and three-bedroom floor plans, including club level and penthouse options.

The high-rise addition is the next step in The Cardinal’s long-term strategy following the community’s finished expansion of its wellness center, which doubled the studio and gym size and provided residents with a variety of new equipment.
