Tom Ford
Executive Director

With more than 29 years of healthcare management experience, Tom leads our full-service retirement community. He facilitates leadership with our associates and ensures successful financial and organizational management, business development, and quality customer services. Tom received the Kisco President’s Award and ALFA “Best of the Best” Innovation Award.

Delinda Blankenhorn
Learning and Development Director

Delinda’s role is to take care of the associates at the Cardinal. By providing a diverse offering of learning opportunities, she strives to develop our team members to their fullest potential. Her goal is to create a happy, healthy and fun place for our talented associates to work so that they can provide the utmost in service to our residents.

Mary Casey
Hospitality Services Director

With over 16 years of senior living industry experience, Mary is responsible for ensuring all aspects of service excellence in Resident Relations, Dining and Wellness are delivered at The Cardinal. A valuable source of information and resources, Mary is passionate about creating meaningful relationships and building trust with residents, their family members and associates alike.

Susan Drury-Rohner
Wellness Director

Susan and her team develop and implement wellness programming for the entire community. They embrace Kisco’s The Art of Living Well® philosophy by focusing on the six dimensions of wellness – Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Vocational, Social and Intellectual. The wellness team offers a variety of programs designed to enrich all aspects of well-being for residents and associates alike.

Ernest Kastner
Facility Services Director

Ernie and his team provide for the care of the buildings, apartments, emergency systems and grounds on our campus. Their goal is to maintain the community’s highest standards for service. They perform preventative maintenance, asset registration, predictive maintenance and housekeeping. Ernie holds eight professional certifications in environmental services and management.

Lynn Lowe
Sales Director

With over 28 years of sales and management experience and 10 years in senior living sales, Lynn is responsible for building meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families, while guiding and educating them as they consider the benefits of choosing a Life Plan community like The Cardinal. She also works closely with members of The Cardinal operations team to ensure that five star services and amenities are being delivered to the residents, families and guests of The Cardinal.

Donna McCaskill
Sales Director

Donna is responsible for building meaningful relationships with prospective residents of The Cardinal, guiding and educating people and their families on the benefits of choosing a life plan community like The Cardinal as their future home. She also networks and interfaces with health care and business professionals in the local market to familiarize them with The Cardinal.

Chris Jamgochian
Culinary Services Director

Chris attended the Culinary Institute of America for his formal culinary and chef training. He is a Food & Beverage specialist with over 30 years of experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Catering and Culinary Arts. Chris and his Team are passionate about delivering exemplary service and excellent food in all three of our dining venues, Health Care and at all Community Events.

Theresa Weigand
Director of Nursing Services

With over 22 years in skilled health care experience, Theresa leads the healthcare team in providing excellent care in The Pines Healthcare Center. Theresa is wound care certified and has over 15 years of management experience in the skilled setting. From admission to discharge, it is the goal of Theresa and her team to assist in every possible way.

Linda Gregory-Duncan
Director of Assisted Living

With over 30 years nursing experience, Linda has served in various roles with Kisco. Responsible for overseeing the care of the assisted living and memory care residents, Linda offers support and guidance to the health care associates and partners with families to ensure their loved ones receive the highest standard of care.
