The Cardinal at North Hills, a Kisco Signature Community, will celebrate the on Thursday, June 8 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. The 18-story, high-rise features 191 apartments – 151 independent living and 40 assisted living – with some of the most breathtaking views of the city as well as outdoor entertainment areas, three additional dining venues and two lounges with al fresco options, a state-of-the-art fitness center and valet parking. Raleigh Mayor Mary-Ann Baldwin will join Andy Kohlberg, president and CEO of Kisco Senior Living, and other dignitaries at the grand opening, which will culminate with a ribbon cutting.

Our residents are just steps away from the vibrancy of the intergenerational North Hills area that offers retail, restaurants, medical services, parks and walking trails, entertainment venues, and so much more.”

The East Tower expansion is a joint venture between Kisco Senior Living, an award-winning owner and operator of 22 senior living communities in six states, and Welltower (NYSE: WELL), a company specializing in funding the real estate infrastructure needed to scale innovative care delivery models and improve people’s wellness and overall health care experience.

Complete with its own unique amenities that complement those on the existing Cardinal campus, including chef-prepared meals, award-winning wellness programs and concierge services, prospective residents can select from one-, two-, and three-bedroom independent living residences that range from 1,000 to 3,511 square feet. Additionally, as a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), The Cardinal offers a full continuum of health services for its residents, if the need arises.
