The Cardinal at North Hills is a full-service life plan community offering a full continuum of desirable lifestyle options from spacious, well-appointed Independent Living residences to Assisted Living, Memory Support and Skilled Nursing Care. Featuring more than 30 years of experience developing and managing retirement communities, Kisco Senior Living opened The Cardinal’s North and South Towers in January 2017, followed by its East Tower expansion in June 2023.
The Cardinal has four unique distinctions that set it apart from other continuing care retirement communities:
Our prime location in the vibrant North Hills Midtown District of Raleigh, North Carolina. North Hills is a multi-use development with everything your active lifestyle requires—more than 35 fine and casual dining restaurants, a two-story Harris Teeter, Target, Walgreen’s, a rich variety of shopping boutiques, a 14-screen movie theater, and more!
Designed with state-of-the-art concrete and steel construction, the community offers everything under one roof. All of the independent living residences are connected to the clubhouse, dining, the health care building, and a private reserved-space underground parking garage.
A full continuum of care. Within its overall nine-acre community, The Cardinal includes four living options: 316 Independent Living residences; 67 Assisted Living residences where supportive care is provided for residents who require assistance with activities of daily living; a ground-level household with 18 residences designed specifically for those with Alzheimer’s and related cognitive challenges; and 15 Medicare-certified private nursing suites. These warm, comfortable household settings promote independence and dignity and reduce anxiety.
Month-to-month “pay-as-you-go” financial plan. Not having a large upfront entry fee allows residents to maintain control of their assets.
