“A good story to share. Mhmm. That’s right. You have something positive you wanna share with us, in fact, to end our show this morning. Yeah.

Let’s do it. Looking ahead, National Couples Day is coming on Monday in case you didn’t know. Couples Day, you say? National Couples Day. Yeah.

And there’s one couple in Raleigh celebrating big this month. Take a look. We have been married almost sixty five years. It’ll be 65 on August 25. I was foreign to him.

He was foreign to me, and that gave some, I don’t know, pizzazz Right. To the meeting. Wouldn’t you say that? Are they not the cutest? Harriet and Alex celebrating over six decades of marriage on the twenty fifth this month, and we had to ask what’s the key to a successful relationship.

Begin and take. There’s no question about that. Compromise? I think you really need to be the safe place for each other and, always support each other and be honest. Compromise.

They met in Tel Aviv. Harriet was visiting. Next thing you know, she’s married. So four years later, they moved to The US. They’re here in Raleigh, have children, grandchildren, and they travel.

They love to travel. Ended up in Antarctica one time. Oh, wow. Yeah. Adventurers, explorers.

Yeah. Congrats to them, definitely. Yeah. And we’re grateful you’re with us this morning. Thanks for sticking around with us.”
